Pearl & Vine: An Upscale Dining Experience in Katy, TX

If you are looking for unique and flavorful food, this is the place. The seasoning, flavors, and ingredients create an incredible mix that results in delicious dishes. I ordered the ravioli, and my wife had the escalope, and both were amazing. The crab cake appetizer was also very good. Our waiter provided excellent service. I deducted one star from Atmosphere because the restaurant is quite noisy.

I love love this place. We live in Sugar Land and came across this restaurant in Katy. My favorite was the crab cake appetizer, it was amazing. The octopus appetizer was on the small side but well cooked. We had the prosciutto and arugula pizza and loved it. Jared was our bartender and the service at the bar was fabulous. Five stars for the whole crew. The live music in the background added a great vibe. Overall, an amazing experience. Highly recommend this restaurant in Katy, perfect for a date night with great ambiance, service, and food.

Excellent experience, ambience beautiful, food amazing! Service impeccable! Kaitlin Hey was my waitress and she made my family & I feel right at home. To add, it was my Actual birthday & she knew it with out having to mention it. Gave us a full menu run down & recommend her top picks which I loved. Not a big alcohol drinker & she immediately recommended a few Mocktails. She even brought out my birthday cake lit with candles, placed it carefully in front of me wished me a happy birthday & walked away without missing a beat. We will most definitely come back!! & I can’t wait

Pearl and Vine is absolutely delicious for brunch, lunch, and dinner. The service is attentive, the restaurant is clean and beautifully decorated, and the staff really take their time explaining the drinks and specials while answering any questions. The pizza is great, the drinks are consistently good. The Bloody Mary is my favorite. The oysters are fresh, and the crab cake is chef’s kiss! The crab cake Benedict was also very good, though the yolks were more cooked than a typical poached egg. I prefer them a bit runnier. Overall, excellent food, great service, and a lovely atmosphere.

Came here for Valentine's Day lunch. Ordered the crab cakes and calamari for appetizers. Crab cake was full of crab and light breading and the calamari fish was unique paired with olive dip. The short rib was super tender and fall off tbe bone. The steak fries was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Side of brussel sprouts helped to tie everything together. Old fashion here is bullet proof. Would come back and try other dishes and dinner menu. Dessert menu (personally) could use some work, I didn't find anything appetizing or unique. It was all kind of generic. Customer service was great. Plenty of parking during the day, complimentary valet available.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Pearl and Vine! The service was truly top-notch. I believe our server’s name was Travis (or Trent), and he was incredible from start to finish. We originally were going to sit in the bar area near the kitchen for happy hour, but as soon as he saw our party of five, he immediately moved us to a big round table so we could be more comfortable. It was my birthday, and he made me feel so special the entire night. The food was a 10/10, honestly, everything we tried was delicious. We ordered every appetizer on the menu and were blown away. The oysters were a must, the fish dip (I wish I could remember the exact name!) was outstanding, and the mussels were absolutely delicious. The martinis were perfectly made as well. For my birthday, they let me choose any dessert on the menu, and it was excellent, such a sweet touch that made the night even more memorable. This was actually our second time visiting. The first time was for our anniversary dinner, and it was just as fantastic. The steaks are amazing, the salmon is perfectly cooked, and the macaroni is incredible. Everything I’ve tried here has been excellent. Definitely a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend this place, we will absolutely be back!

My husband I are visiting from out of town and chose this restaurant for a date night, and the whole evening was more enjoyable than I could have imagined. The atmospheric was energetic, yet relaxing. The food was delicious…my filet was perfection and I am very pick about steak! But what really made the night special was the amazing service by Gustavo who was incredibly patient, kind, funny and genuine. His company alone made the night special! The good food and drinks were a bonus! We will definitely be back when we come back to Houston!

My husband and I finally tried P&V for a celebration of several things! We each ordered smoked the old fashioned, the yeast rolls and the crab cakes for our apps, and then he got the special of the night which was a 6 oz filet cooked to order with a fried lobster tail, and I opted for the snapper. Oh, and we added a side of macaroni and cheese. How can I forget dessert! We had the bananas foster creme brulee with an espresso martini. And, a red wine and a white wine to pair with dinner recommend by our wonderful server Mandy. Everything was absolutely amazing! I think we cleared just about everything on our plates except for the Mac but that's just because we were full, not because it wasn't delicious, because it was!!! It's pricey, but we knew what we were getting ourselves into. If you want to treat yourself to a great date night, this will definitely fit the bill. The ambience is great, the restaurant is modern, and tastefully decorated. My only complaint would be the rafter ceiling as there is zero sound absorption and it's LOUD! Some people might not be bothered by that because you surely can't hear other's conversations. I think in the future, we'll opt for the both against the wall as they seemed to be a bit more intimate as opposed to our large booth where we had to sit next to each as opposed to being across from one another...which was awkward because we were looking out at the diners and that was just overstimulation! All in all, 10/10 for the experience. We will definitely return and will most definitely recommend it to others. I can't wait to return and try more dishes. That friend lobster has been haunting my dreams, it was THAT GOOD! And my gawd, get the snapper too! That pecan crust is out of this world! Again, EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!
